Shipping...

Orders are generally processed and shipped within 24 hours unless orders are placed on Friday through Sunday or before a holiday in which case orders will ship the following business day. Every effort is made to prevent orders of items temporarily out of stock, but if an ordered item is out of stock, we will notify you within 24 hours that the product is out of stock and when we expect it to be ready to ship. Naturally we will give you the option of receiving a full refund if we cannot ship your product due to it being out of stock, or you may exercise your option to wait for the product to ship.
All domestic orders over $500 qualify for free shipping. All other orders are shipped for a flat fee of $10. Typically, you will receive your product in the continental USA within 2 days of shipping. We understand the concept of instant gratification! Upon shipment, we will send you a ship notification email so you can track the progress of your order.
Please notify us if you would like to have your product shipped to a US Post office Box as our normal shipping company does not allow this. In this case, special arrangements will be made to ship through the US Postal Service.

Returns...

HighCaliberCable.com is committed to your satisfaction. Since returns are costly and inconvenient for both merchant and customer, we encourage our customers to carefully measure the length of cables needed. If you have any questions about which cable is right for your system, please contact us directly and we can guide you through the process.
Product can be returned within a 30 day period (from ship date) provided that the product is in resalable condition. For damaged product resulting in shipment to the customer, HighCaliberCable.com will replace the item free of charge upon receipt of the defective product. Damages resulting from shipping to the customer must be reported within 48 hours of receipt to customerservice@highcalibercable.com . Otherwise, it will be assumed that damages occurred when the product was in possession of the customer and will not be eligible for a return. For defects resulting from the workmanship of the product, our suppliers offer a lifetime warranty. Contact us for more details.
Prior to returning merchandise for any reason, an RA (return authorization) number must be obtained from customer service at the above email address. Returns for reasons other than in-shipment damage, may be assessed a $100 restocking fee or 10% of the purchase price of the product, whichever is less unless the merchandise is exchanged for an item of equal or greater value and then the restocking fee will be waived.
